This notice explains what happens to personal data when you use this website. Zultanite Authority is an editorial reference work on colour-change diaspore: it sells nothing, keeps no customer accounts and has no shop. Everything below was checked against this site rather than assumed.

Editorial responsibility rests with the Zultanite Authority editorial team. Written enquiries reach us fastest at the e-mail address above; if you need a postal address for a formal request, ask there and we will give you one.
Which law applies. We are established in Türkiye, so Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) governs our processing. This site is read across Europe, and where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to a particular reader we honour the rights it gives them.
2. Information collected automatically when you visit
This website is delivered through the Cloudflare content-delivery network, so every request is handled both at Cloudflare’s edge and at our origin server. Each request produces technical connection data: your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, the page you came from, and your browser and operating-system identifiers.
We use this data only to deliver the site securely and reliably and to defend it against attacks. It is not combined with other sources and it is not used to identify you personally.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure and correct operation of the website (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where that Regulation applies).
International processing: Cloudflare operates a global network, so connection data may be handled on servers outside our own country. Cloudflare acts as our service provider and processes this data on our instructions.
Retention: connection and security logs are kept only for as long as they are needed to operate and protect the site, and are then deleted or overwritten. We do not build visitor profiles from them.
3. Site search
When you use the search box, the words you type are sent to our server as part of the web address and therefore appear in the ordinary server log described in section 2. We use them only to return results and, in aggregate, to see which topics readers cannot find — never to build a profile of an individual reader.

4. The accessibility report form
This site carries a form for reporting accessibility problems. It asks for your name, your e-mail address, the page concerned, a description of the problem, and — optionally — which assistive technology you use.
That last field is optional and we ask you to keep it minimal. The name of the software or device is enough to reproduce a problem; you do not need to tell us anything about yourself or your health, and the report reaches us just as well if you leave the field empty. We use what you write solely to fix the problem, we do not attach it to any other record, and we delete it once the issue is resolved.
Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in keeping this site usable for everyone.
5. Analytics and the Google tag
This website loads a Google tag with the identifier GT-PHG6RDKN. It allows Google to record your visit and to set or read cookies and similar identifiers in your browser.
The site sends Google a Consent Mode signal which is set to denied by default, so that storage and advertising identifiers are withheld unless and until consent is given.
You can refuse this at any time, and here is how. You can block or delete cookies for this site in your browser settings; you can install Google’s own opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; and you can object to this processing by writing to the e-mail address in section 1.
Recipient: Google. Data collected through the tag may be processed outside our own country, including in the United States, under Google’s own terms and safeguards for the products concerned.
Retention: the storage period for measurement data is the one configured in the Google property that receives it. Cookies set by the tag expire on the dates your browser shows for them, and you can delete them earlier at any time.
6. Embedded content and the consent banner
This site uses a consent tool that blocks non-essential third-party content until you allow it. Embeds from YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud, Spotify, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X are held back behind that gate, so opening an article does not contact those services unless you have agreed to it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the same banner.
7. Preferences stored in your browser
This site stores two small items of information in your own browser: your consent choice, so that we do not ask you again on every page; and your accessibility preferences, such as a larger text size, so that the site looks the way you set it. Both stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and are removed when you clear this site’s data in your browser.
8. Cookies
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating it. Everything else is set only where you have agreed to it through the consent banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the same banner.
We deliberately do not print a fixed table of cookie names and lifetimes here. Such a table goes out of date the moment a service changes a value, and a stale table is worse than none. Your browser’s cookie inspector shows you the exact set of cookies this site has stored on your device, with their real expiry dates, at any moment; and you can ask us for a current list at the e-mail address in section 1.
9. What this website does not do
We checked the site rather than assuming. The following are not present on it:
- no user accounts, no registration and no login
- no shop, no payments and nothing for sale
- no newsletter or mailing list
- no Meta Pixel or comparable tracking pixel
- no captcha service
- no session-recording, heatmap or profiling tool
If any of these is added later, this policy is updated before the feature goes live.
10. Your rights
You have the right to learn whether we process personal data about you, to obtain access to it and information about how it is used, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction, to object to processing we carry out on the basis of a legitimate interest, to receive the data you gave us in a portable form where that applies, and to withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future.
To exercise any of these, write to ✉. We may need to ask you for enough information to be sure we are dealing with the right person before we act on a request — that check protects your data, not ours. We answer within thirty days, and sooner where we can.
One limit, stated honestly. Where a request concerns records connected to a purchase, we cannot always delete everything immediately: statutory commercial and tax retention rules oblige us to keep certain transaction records for a fixed period. In that case we restrict the data so that it is no longer used for anything else, and delete it when the retention period ends. We tell you when this applies to your request.
11. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your personal data incorrectly, we would like to hear from you first, at the address in section 1 — most matters are resolved quickly that way.
You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu), Nasuh Akar Mah. Ziyabey Cad. 1407. Sok. 12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the services used on this site or the law that applies to them change. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Where a change materially affects how your data is used, we say so on this page rather than changing the text quietly.
